Some of the WhatsApp users has reported about the new calling feature in WhatsApp. Reddit user Pradnesh Patil (pradnesh07) posted screenshots and even a video of WhatsApp's new interface that features voice calling.
Patil was able to use the feature on his Nexus 5 running Android Lollipop. The screenshots suggest that there would be separate screens for dialing a voice call to WhatsApp contacts, call logs and ongoing calls.
The calling feature is available on WhatsApp new build 2.11.508. Till now only few people has got the calling feature working on their phones. A invite is needed to use calling feature in whatsapp.
If any of your friend have the invite and he/she calls you from whatsapp you will get calling feature on your whatsapp.
